Letter from PF to the nuncio to France, Carlo Roberti de' Vittori. CM superior [René Alméras] asked for faculties for a few priests of his congregation, that he wants to send to the mission in Madagascar. PF decided to send the faculties to de' Vittori, in order for him to give them to the missionaries; he will do this everytime one presents themselves to him as a candidate, and after he has decided that they are suitable for the mission.
