Minutes of PF general meeting of 13 July 1654 discussing among other issues, a petition on behalf of "Patritius Valesius" [Patrick Walsh?] in which he asks to be appointed a missionary in Ireland. Cardinal Duratio [Stefano Durazzo?] has reported that he is a very suitable candidate, so the cardinals decide to grant him missionary faculties for three years.
