Minutes of PF general meeting discussion of request, by Pierre Gallais (here "Galaiz"), superior of CM priests in Sedan, to be granted missionary faculties in said town. PF decides that the Duke of Bouillon, staying in Rome at that time, be asked about the aptitudes of said priests and the usefulness (for Sedan) of granting said faculties. Matter referred in PF meeting by Cardinal Ginetti. For the names of cardinals present, see attached file.
