Description
Minutes of PF general meeting of 15 March 1657, held in the presence of the pope. The cardinals discuss among other issues, that the pope has accepted the previous request that Edmund O'Reilly be declared Primate of Armagh. Also the vicars apostolic have been chosen (a list of names is mentioned with the respective dioceses), on the condition that they go to their dioceses within four months of receiving the decree. The pope decides to send each of them the apostolic brief, and to request the faculties from the Holy Office
