Part of the main text ("conditiones") was translated into Italian and the entire PF note was published in the original Italian by A. Coppo in "Documenti inediti per la storia della Congregazione della Missione, presso l'archivio della S. C. "De Propaganda Fide,''' Annali della Missione 79:3-4 (1972): 37-65, here 39-41. Coste's transcription is faithful to the original with the exception of minor discrepancies, most of which were probably generated by the scanner (see attached file).
