Minutes of PF general meeting discussing the request by Father Hyacinth (Capuchin) that his mission (CEC?) be confirmed for the entire territory of France; there is confusion between the nuncio and the procurator of the Capuchins on the nature of this particular mission. The general meeting was held in Cardinal Bentivoglio's palace; seven cardinals and two clerks were present: "Bentiuolus, Cae/tanus, Spada S'ti Sixti Pamphylius, Ginettus, et Anto/nius, et R'mi D'ni Torniellus, et Assessor S'ti Offitij." (f. 278v)
