Description
Minutes of PF general meeting mentioning, among other things, that a letter should be written to Vincent de Paul requesting him to select somebody from among the Irish priests of his congregation, in order to be sent to Ireland to instruct priests in "ecclesiastical rites and other necessary things for the divine cult and the salvation of souls." This is essentially a repetition of a similar request from February 1645. Referred by Cardinal Pamphylius. See attached file for a list of cardinals present.
