Letter from Vincent de Paul assigning one of his assistants (unnamed in this letter) as co-adjutor to the bishop of Babylon, even though, according to Vincent de Paul, it would be like depriving himself of one eye or one arm. He says that he will talk to the queen and Cardinal [Mazzarin] about it.
