Description

Letter from nuncio to France, Nicolò Guidi di Bagno to PF, in which he says he is forwarding a letter written by Vincent de Paul. The nuncio moreover thanks PF for the dispatch addressed to Guglielmo Bauentin [William Ballantyne], and his companion; they did not receive it, however, because they had already left before it arrived. The nuncio says he will forward the dispatch when he is sure about their arrival in Scotland, and when he finds a safe way of doing so. The letter signed and dated 22 April 1650.
