A copy of the decree issued by PF on 9 August 1650, regarding the petition of Philippe Le Vacher to declare him apostolic vicar in Algiers, can be found in APF SOCG 255, 33r (database item 250). PF decided to ask the archbishop of Carthage to declare Philippe Le Vacher vicar general in Algiers (this was not mentioned in the petition).
