Minutes of PF general meeting of 23 February 1654 discussing among other issues, a letter from the nuncio to Poland. He asks for a number of missionaries to be sent to Sweden to help the Catholics, now that they are no longer persecuted. The cardinals decide to send three or four priests of CM, and that the nuncio to France should also talk about this with the superior of CM [Vincent de Paul].
