Minutes of PF general meeting of 3 February 1656, held in the presence of the pope [Alexander VII]. The cardinals discuss among other issues, who should be appointed to choose the vicars apostolic for Ireland, and whether a new primate is needed, and if so, who would be suitable. By the request of the late pope Innocent X, this task was assigned to Cardinal Albizzi.
