Description
Minutes of PF general meeting of 30 July 1657 discussing among other matters, the issue regarding the requests for missionary faculties by the abbot of Luthumier and his missionaries. The cardinals had previously decided to ask Cardinal Di Bagno whether the abbot and his missionaries had to swear an oath in front of the nuncio, before receiving the faculties. De Bagni thinks that is a good solution, and the cardinals agree.
