Minutes of PF general meeting of 3 September 1657 discussing among other issues, a petition by William Ballantyne. Since all the issues have already been discussed in the previous meeting (which was held in the presence of the pope), only one request remains: that all secular missionaries, including those of other nations and who do not receive a provision from PF, be subject to the prefect's authority. The rescript is "nihil."
