From the attached letter, Piccolomini can learn about the thoughtfulness of Maresciallo della Migliaré [Marquis de La Meilleraye]. Alberizzi feels very fortunate that it is he, who has been chosen to present the case to PF; he would be even more happy, if Piccolomini would continue to grant him favors.
