Letter from PF to the nuncio to France [Carlo Robberti de' Vittori]. Due to the spiritual need of the Catholics in the Highlands of Scotland, a letter has been sent to the Archbishop of Armagh [Edmund O'Reilly]. They ask him to find two Irish priests for the mission that have the right attitude, and have the required requisites for the task of missionary. When O'Reilly finds two missionaries, he should write to de' Vittori, who in turn should report his findings on the candidates to PF.
